Bosniak Presidency Member Elected by Mar 31, 2027

Will the elected Bosniak member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as a result of the October 4, 2026 general election, be someone other than an interim, temporary, or caretaker Presidency member, and will this individual be officially declared elected by March 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, according to official information from the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (izbori.ba) or a consensus of credible reporting?
