Will Zohran Mamdani win the 2025 NYC Mayoral election AND will a policy be enacted in New York City before December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, establishing a minimum wage of at least $30 an hour, effective by December 31, 2030, or earlier, according to a consensus of credible reporting?
