Will China commence a military offensive intended to establish control over any portion of the Republic of China (Taiwan), including any inhabited islands but excluding uninhabited islands, by December 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, as confirmed by China, Taiwan, the United Nations, any permanent member of the UN Security Council, or a consensus of credible reporting?
