Will the total number of Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives retiring or not seeking reelection in 2026 be greater than or equal to 32 and less than or equal to 35, as determined by a consensus of credible reporting after the relevant final 2026 candidate filing deadline has passed in all states (expected late August 2026)?
